This competition gives you the opportunity to win a “KLM Road Trip of a Lifetime”, starting and ending in one of four Canadian KLM destinations including Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montréal. To enter, simply follow the instructions on this site; your departure and arrival city, what you’d like to drive on your road trip and which three friends you’d like to take along. You’ll then scroll through a one week road trip, selecting amazing activities to do along the way each day. When you are happy with your choices you simply submit your planned journey to go in the draw to win it! Please take as long as you like to investigate all of the activities. ONLINE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.Information on "how to enter" forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.

3.Entry is only open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 and over and this includes any Facebook Friends who may join your trip. Directors, management and employees and their immediate families of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

4.At least one person from your group must be aged at least 21 years old and hold a valid and clean driving licence to be eligible to attend the trip.

5.Purchase is not required however internet access and a valid Facebook account are required. Only one entry is permitted per person throughout the promotional period.

6.The promotion begins at 00.01 on 03rd June 2013 ('Opening Date') and closes at 11.59pm on 23rd June 2013 ('Closing Date').

7. To Enter: Visit www.klmcanadianroadtrip.co.uk and follow the on-screen instructions by selecting your departure and arrival cities from the options provided. You will be asked to select your vehicle and 3 "Facebook friends" to join you on your trip. You will start your road trip. At daily points throughout your road trip, you will be asked to choose from two activities listed on the screen. Note: the choices you make during the road trip, will be the choices that you experience if you were to win. No changes will be permitted once the entry has been submitted. Once you have completed your road trip, you must submit your email address in order to be entered into the draw.

8.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

9.Winner Selection: For your total confidence the prize draw will be conducted by an independent third party from all valid entries received before the closing date. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw via email and will be required to respond within 7 days of initial notification providing his/her preferred travel dates and a signed copy of applicable Personal Image Authorization Agreements which will be provided in the notification email. Failure to do so may result in the prize being forfeited and the prize being allocated to another entrant selected at random.

10. The Prize: One winner will be selected to win a holiday to Canada for 4 people based on the choices selected at the point of entry. Prize includes CAD$1000.00 spending money in the form of a pre-paid credit card and economy travel with KLM from one of KLM UK and Ireland departure points via Amsterdam. The prize also includes the use of a smart phone and 1 (one) GoPro camera that will allow you to record elements of your road trip. Your prize will consist of activities (some of which will require a minimum level of fitness as outlined on the competition pages) from the list below, depending on your location:
Vancouver (British Columbia Road Trip) ‐ 6 activities available from: Capilano Suspension Bridge Park ‐ 230 ft above the Capilano River and is 450 ft long. Go on a cliff walk or treetops adventure. Land, Sea and Air Tour ‐ Vancouver's surrounding areas including a ferry across to an island, a hike through a rainforest and a floatplane back to Vancouver. Peak-to-Peak Gondola ‐ Links two peaks together by way of a gondola or cable car. Whistler Bear Tour ‐ Ride in a 4-wheel drive vehicle through mountain roads to see various wildlife including deer, coyote, ruffed grouse, red-tailed hawks and bears. Montréal (Québec Road Trip) ‐ 7 activities available from: Cycling ‐ Rent a BIXI bike and cycle over 500 kilometres of bike paths. Montréal Space for Life ‐ Visit a biodome, insectarium, botanical gardens and a planetarium. Pointe-à-Calliére Museum of Archeology and History ‐ Showcases over 1000 years of human activities and architectural remains. Fairmont Le Château Frontenac ‐ Stay in this hotel with breathtaking views across the St Lawrence River. This hotel is subject to availability. First Nations Hotel-Museum ‐ Stay in this hotel where you will see how native Canadian cultures, such as the Iroquois, Plains and Plateau people lived. This hotel is subject to availability. Historic Québec & Culinary Walking Tour ‐ Québec City Ile d'Orléans ‐ Island on the St Lawrence Riverwith heritage villages. The Zip Line ‐ The Mountain Adventure Park of the Palissades, starting on a small terrace and travelling out over the lake at high speed. Rock Climbing ‐ The Mountain Adventure Park of the Palissades with rock walls for some challenging climbing. Sea Kayaking ‐ Go on a guided tour along the Saguenay Fjord. ADDITIONAL PRIZE CONDITIONS:

11. The holiday prize is subject to the following conditions: a. Holiday locations, activities and dates are subject to availability. Travel will be subject to flight and hotel availability at the date of booking the trip. The Promoter accepts no responsibility in relation to the prize winner's conduct or their guests' conduct once the prize is claimed by the winner. b. All travel must be completed (including any return flight) by 11.59pm on 15 September 2013. c. Prize includes up to 10 days' car rental from the chosen destination airport. The nominated drivers must hold a valid, clean driving licence and be over 21 years of age. No alternative form of transportation will be provided. Car hire includes unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver insurance, theft protection insurance and airport/city surcharges but excludes fuel costs. If the chosen vehicle is not available for any reason whatsoever, a suitable alternative vehicle will be provided. d. All travel must be booked at least 1 week prior to the winner's preferred departure via the Promoter's travel agent. e. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the promotional agent. f. All travel is subject to the airline's standard terms and conditions. Once booked, flights cannot be altered or amended and no refunds are possible. g. Any amendments (where possible) to accommodation made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. h. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with any airline loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or vouchers(s), promotion(s) or special offer(s). i. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the home to the airport, gratuities, meals, spending money over the CAD$1,000.00 included in the prize or other travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guests. j. Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner (minimum 6 months validity beyond return date). The Promoter or travel agent cannot be held responsible if a prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation. k. The spending money of CAD$1,000.00 shall be provided in the form of a pre-paid credit card and shall be at the winner's risk. Should the card be lost or stolen, no replacement shall be provided. l. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. m. The prize winner and his/her guests are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable). n. The Promoter or Travel Agency will accept no responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, the travel agent will use reasonable endeavours to offer a suitable alternative. o. Travel insurance is not included in the prize but is mandatory. This will be the prize winner's responsibility and proof of insurance will be required prior to departure. p. Smart phone and GoPro camera must be returned within 30 days of completion of the holiday. Any costs associated in returning this phone will be covered by the Promoter.

12. In accordance with the terms of any specific Personal Image Authorisation Agreement, he winner must, at the Promoter's request, participate in reasonable promotional activity (such as publicity, filming and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image plus content recorded on the holiday in promotional material and on social media platforms.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize (including to any guests), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

14. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason the prize winners do not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winners and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.

15. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.

16. If a winning entry from a draw is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of the prize will be randomly selected.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the first name and counties of residence of the Prize Winner.

18. These terms and conditions are governed by English and Welsh Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.

19. The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion. The Promoter may disclose entrants ' personal information to its contractors and agents or otherwise process such personal information to assist in conducting this promotion or communicating with entrants.
